6118B Tricomponent Urea-Formaldehyde (UF/MUF) Resin Powder is very excellent in bonding strength and water-proofing performance, which is developed specially for bonding of high density hardwood such as bamboo, Elm, Oak and etc. The product made by 6118B UF Resin Glue Powder can reach to E0, E1 grade of International Free formaldehyde Standard and also pass the standard of JAS Water resisting property of Japan three times. This is one type of high level UF resin powder, which is easy to dissolve in water completely and convenient for use; it would increase the bonding strength largely between Bamboo products or other highly density hardwood, and improve the mechanical property and water resistibility, which enhanced the process property of wooden products. Much longer active period of mixed liquid glue (4~8 hours) than that of other suppliers.
